Composed under pressure
Resilience and the ability to act under pressure and constant strain
In the training, leaders work on the moments that are truly demanding in everyday work: conflicts, time pressure and resistance. Using real situations, they practise acting clearly and calmly even as tension rises, and make this behaviour stick for the long term.
Clear communication and presence
Impact and conversation skills in difficult situations
Leadership is decided in conversation, whether it is feedback, conflict or a far-reaching decision. In the workshop, participants practise representing their position with composure, keeping their poise and building trust even in tense situations.
Composed leadership in the team
Leading people, giving direction and building trust
Composure rubs off on the team. Leaders develop and practise how to give direction even in uncertain phases, stand clearly behind decisions and give their team stability, working directly on situations from their own leadership day.
Your first leadership role
Moving from the team into leadership, for emerging leaders
Many people are promoted because they were the best at their job, and then find themselves in front of a team without anyone having explained what changes as a result. In the training, emerging leaders work on exactly these first months, on the new role towards former colleagues, on clear expectations and on the conversations they have avoided so far.
Conflicts and critical conversations
Conflict management for leaders
Conflicts cost time, energy and in the end good people, and most of them escalate because nobody addressed them for too long. In the training, leaders tackle real cases from their own everyday work, practise the conversation they have been putting off and learn to stay calm and clear even when someone strongly disagrees with them.
